Commonest complication is katarakta diabetika, diabetika kidney failure, stroke, hypertension, and polyneuritis. DM complications in detail can be classified into two points. The first subject is an acute complication, affects less than 1 year suffered from DM, such as hypoglycaemia coma, coma hyperglycaemia, coma ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, ketosis, metabolic acidosis. The second subject is a complication of chronic acquired 1-5 years, among other complications such retinopatia, katarakta, polyneuritis, such as itching, pain and vascular disorders, such as can occur glomerulonephritis, hypertension, stroke.
