Refluxing Stomach Acid, it is dangerous?

What is it that the stomach acid?
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Gerd) is the term on medical world, GERD is a form of a more serious condition than the condition of gastroesophageal reflux (GER), which is more common.
GER occurs when esophageal sphincter (LES) a kind of valve to the stomach spontaneously open, for some period of time, or does not close properly and stomach contents forced up because of pressure toward the esophagus.
GERD also called Refluxing stomach acid or regurgitation of stomach acid that rises up, the LES is like a ring of muscle at the bottom of the esophagus and the stomach that acts like a valve between the esophagus and stomach function stomach contents not driven upwards by the pressure of a cause.

Acid reflux occurs when food or liquids from the stomach to reach the upper esophagus. When refluxing stomach acid occurs and reaches the esophagus can cause burning sensation in the chest or throat. GER occurs often in everyday life is common and does not always mean to a more serious condition

If GER occurs more frequently than twice a week in more than 2 weeks, this condition can be considered Gerd, and can lead to more serious health problems. Such conditions can be experienced by all ages from children to adults.

What are my symptoms of Gerd’s that?

The main symptoms of Gerd in adults often begins with a sense of heartburn, feeling like burned at the bottom of the mid-chest or solar plexus, behind the breastbone, and in the mid-abdomen.

* Smoking

Generally Reflux foods that can worsen conditions including

* Citrus fruits
* Chocolate
* Drinks with caffeine or alcohol
* Fatty and fried foods
* Garlic and onions
* Mint flavorings
* Spicy foods
* Tomato-based foods, like spaghetti sauce, salsa, chili, and pizza
